Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group in Horseshoe Bay, TX seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the Hotel outlets, including the Restaurant and Lounge, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to drive exceptional guest service and revenue growth.

This role plans short and long-term strategies, develops budgets, trains staff, and ensures compliant operations with ServSafe Alcohol and TABC. Strong leadership and event experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• One year supervisory experience is required.
• Banquets and events planning experience preferred.
• Must be Food Handlers and TABC certified.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages the hotel outlets while working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
• Responsible for short and long term planning of all outlets, including the Restaurant and Lounge.
• Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement.
• Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
