Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations across U.S. divisions. You will coordinate shipments, manage carrier relationships, and prepare operational reporting to ensure timely delivery of client purchases with high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operating hours, some remote work may be required.
• Luxury retail experience and luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with logistics and fraud prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments across US divisions.
• Maintain carrier relationships and prepare operational reporting.
• Resolve shipping issues and support process improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-functional programs and insurance claim replacement.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and timely movement of client purchases.
• Occasional meetings or activities outside standard hours as needed.
