Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group in Florida is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to process online orders and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries. The role requires flexibility to cover showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, with some remote work possible.

Ideal candidates have a two-year business degree, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Experience in luxury retail and with SAP/SAPC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operational hours, some remote work may be required.
• Luxury retail experience and luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process ecommerce orders in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer queries with prompt and accurate information.
• Escalate or engage others per defined procedures to provide solutions.
• Support showroom hours including evenings and weekends as required.
