Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Driver/Bellman to deliver exceptional guest service during arrivals and departures. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate transport to rooms, events, and the airport, fostering a welcoming atmosphere with keen attention to detail.

The role requires strong communication, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a luxury resort setting within Montana’s Big Sky region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation, valet service, bell service, or hotel/resort guest services.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills, professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide bell service, greet guests, assist with luggage to/from rooms.
• Ensure prompt, courteous delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, or mail.
• Follow secure storage procedures and assist guests on arrivals/departures.
• Offer door assistance and transportation to local sites and airport as needed.
• Park and secure guest vehicles, assist with directions and information about the hotel.
