Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Driver/Bellman to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the arrival and departure process. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, coordinate transportation, and share information to enhance their stay.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays, and a commitment to a warm, hospitable atmosphere while upholding the resort’s standards for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, valet, bell service, or customer service in a hotel or resort.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide bell service and greet guests, assist with luggage.
• Deliver and collect luggage, parcels, or mail securely.
• Assist guests with directions and hotel information.
• Coordinate transportation to/from airport.
• Maintain door assistance and welcoming environment.
• Know room types and locations of guest rooms and private homes.
• Observe resort facilities and assist security as needed.
