Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Team Leader, Transportation to guide the Transportation team in delivering personalized guest service across the guest journey. You will ensure bell and valet services are provided safely, efficiently, and in line with One&Only Moonlight Basin standards.

The role requires leadership experience in a hotel or resort setting, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing, guest requests, and cross-department coordination to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Transportation, or a related guest-facing department in a hotel or resort setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in transportation, valet services, or bell services is highly desirable.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Driver/Bellman team, setting the standard for professional conduct.
• Oversee daily transportation operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Deliver positive guest experiences by maintaining a visible presence and building guest relationships.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and baggage deliveries.
• Maintain strong property and destination knowledge to assist guests with information and recommendations.
• Ensure effective communication with Front Office, Connectivity, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement via guest feedback.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
