Riviera Dining Group is seeking polished food and beverage runners to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment in Miami. You will deliver dishes accurately, maintain presentation standards, and act as a vital link between culinary and front-of-house teams.

Runners assist with side work, ensure cleanliness and organization, and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner, while maintaining reliability and a strong work ethic in a demanding setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergies, and pairing recommendations.
• Deliver food efficiently and precisely, coordinating with expeditor and front-of-house to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide warm, professional guest interaction while anticipating needs and supporting guest satisfaction.
• Complete opening and ongoing side work; keep stations prepared, stocked, and organized for service.
• Handle products, equipment, and service tools properly to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate guest feedback or operational needs to leadership in a timely manner.
