The One Group in Miami Beach is seeking a Food Runner to deliver an elevated guest experience by ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth flow from kitchen to guests.

Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs.
• Experience in fast-paced dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP’s quality standards.
• Possess full menu knowledge and confidently describe dishes to guests.
• Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service.
• Follow proper service procedures when delivering food, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Offer condiments and accompaniments when appropriate.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Assist servers and bussers with guest requests and overall service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Be available to assist in restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks as directed by management.
