Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Food Runner to deliver menu items from kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy, supporting smooth service in a busy South Beach dining environment.

You'll work closely with servers, maintain clear communication, ensure proper presentation, restock service items, and help reset tables between courses while upholding a polished guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery
• Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave
• Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items
• Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas
• Assist with running beverages as needed
• Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
