Goodwin Recruiting is seeking two experienced Restaurant Managers for a luxury oceanfront resort in Honolulu, HI. Lead high-volume dining operations, mentor leaders, and drive Forbes-standard service while managing P&L and beverage programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including 3 years in restaurant management within a luxury hotel or high-volume fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee luxury restaurant operations with 65–70 staff and $14–16M annual revenue.
• Maintain Forbes Four-Star or Five-Star service standards through hands-on leadership.
• Mentor assistant managers and develop future leaders.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and labor costs.
• Drive revenue via menu optimization, beverage programs, and events.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, and lounge operations for seamless service.
• Build strong guest and staff relationships respecting traditions.
