Job summary

Azabu Miami seeks an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Miami Beach. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and staff development, coordinating with hotel management to address feedback.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, deep wine and beverage knowledge, and strong English communication. Experience with OpenTable and MICROS is required; food safety credentials are essential.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in a similar position.
Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write English.
Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and proper service.
Proficiency in OpenTable or similar reservation system.
Proficiency in MICROS or similar POS program at a managerial level.
Food Handler’s Card.
High school diploma.
Knowledge of guest experience and interdepartmental relations.

Responsibilities

Survey demand and prepare a restaurant business plan with budgets and forecasts.
Set floor service goals, anticipate problems, and improve profit and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with public relations/marketing and evaluate results.
Develop SOPs, ensure quality and guest-service standards are met.
Maintain guest satisfaction and build relationships with guests.
Oversee operations, address management feedback with Hotel Management.
