Job summary

Azabu Miami and Lolo's in Miami Beach seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead dining rooms and a service-driven team. You will ensure impeccable service, exceed guest expectations, and act as a brand ambassador for the property.

Responsibilities include staff training, shift planning, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has at least three years in a similar role, fluent English, and a strong knowledge of Miami’s culinary scene.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English language.
• High school diploma.
• A general knowledge and understanding of Miami current events, cultural and culinary happenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate member dining areas to specifications, upholding high standards and impeccable service.
• Lead F&B team through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and respond to concerns.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend daily meetings to communicate information to staff and other departments.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Miami property and oversee dining staff.
• Maintain safety and sanitation regulations and alcohol standards.
• Oversee dining room staff and biweekly shift planning.
