Job summary

Haworth Lifestyle Americas seeks a Digital Commerce & Specification Manager to own the U.S. digital experience for our luxury Italian brands such as Cassina and Poltrona Frau. This hybrid role spans ecommerce, digital marketing, product data, CET specification technology and emerging AI capabilities.

You will manage the U.S. Shopify environment, translate U.S. requirements for the Italian team, and lead merchandising, content, pricing and CET data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing or related field.
• Strong Shopify experience; Shopify Plus preferred.
• Experience managing digital catalogs and product information.
• Solid understanding of analytics, SEO, CRM and paid media.
• Experience with CET Designer or contract furniture platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. Shopify e-commerce environment and commercial performance.
• Lead merchandising, content, pricing and digital presentation.
• Oversee CET Designer environment and product-data workflows.
• Develop and execute digital marketing calendars across brands.
• Partner with Italian teams to translate requirements and ensure ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content, SEO and marketing efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with marketing, IT, sales and dealers.
