Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce technology, web development or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or major e-commerce platform.
• Experience managing digital product catalogs and data.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce tech, workflows and integrations.
• Experience building automated workflows and using AI tools.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks or similar tech.
• Strong troubleshooting, project-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management, optimization and technical performance of the U.S. Shopify e‑commerce environment.
• Manage product listings, collections, navigation, search, pricing and digital content.
• Support launches and ensure information is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with Italian teams on Shopify development, functionality and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and test new features.
• Monitor site performance and improve user journey; optimize usability and conversion.
• Support APIs, apps, integrations and automation tools.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered workflows to improve content, SEO and efficiency.
• Document workflows and provide training to users as needed.
