Job summary

Poltrona Frau Group North America seeks a CET & Digital Specification Specialist to lead the U.S. digital specification experience for our premium furniture brands.

You will manage CET Designer libraries, configurations and assets, ensuring accurate, accessible product information for dealers, architects and internal teams. You will collaborate with Italy, Configura, and design partners to expand CET adoption, support new product launches, and maintain data quality across CET workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with CET Designer, Configura, or similar platform.
• Experience with product configurations, SKUs, finishes, dimensions, pricing and structured data.
• Background in contract furniture, commercial furniture, architecture or design.
• Strong knowledge of product specification workflows and CET.
• CAD files, 3D models or digital product assets familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the U.S. CET Designer environment for PFGNA's portfolio.
• Manage CET product libraries, configurations, SKUs, finishes, dimensions, pricing and BOM information.
• Ensure products are accurately represented and easy to specify for dealers, architects and designers.
• Coordinate with Italian teams and Configura on CET library development and maintenance.
• Support addition of new products, collections, finishes and configurations to CET.
• Perform ongoing CET data quality checks for accuracy and currency.
• Identify inconsistencies and coordinate resolutions.
