You will work in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment with a focus on rapid follow-up and professional communication to reflect the Lexus brand.

You live within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks and have a proven track record in digital sales, with training provided and competitive compensation with an OTE potential up to six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong CRM discipline with timely follow-up.
• Fast, clear, and professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text.
• Build rapport and assess customer needs and budgets.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
• Guide guests through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
• Finalize sales agreements and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on inventory and market trends.
