Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience in a franchised dealership.
• Experience in internet sales, BDC, or e-commerce sales preferred.
• CRM discipline — you don’t let leads go cold and you don’t skip follow-up steps.
• Strong written communication (email/text) representing the Lexus brand.
• Ability to manage high volumes of leads while keeping personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text.
• Build rapport and assess customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Explain vehicle specifications, performance, and technology.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
• Guide guests from initial contact to final purchase.
