Havenly in New York's Soho studio seeks a design-driven Sales Expert to deliver a high-end client experience and drive sales across retail and trade channels. You will style spaces, build relationships with designers, and own the client journey from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities include in-store and virtual consultations, quotes in Shopify, CRM logging, mood boards, and floor plans. Trade-focused growth and brand ambassador duties are key in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in luxury or high-end retail sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling to interior designers and trade clients is preferred.
• Background in interior design or home furnishings and mood boards/floor plans.
• Customer-centric approach to create memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs with product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture, decor, and styling.
• Own the full sales process from inquiry to delivery and follow-up.
• Build quotes and orders in Shopify; manage POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain client book, log CRM activity, and engage via new collections and events.
• Master collections and stay current on launches; assist with mood boards and floor plans.
• Keep studio organized, manage inventory and support opening/closing.
• Engage with trade partners and grow the trade book in NYC.
