The role requires engaging with high-end clients, building relationships, and collaborating with RH teams to exceed customer expectations while maintaining confidentiality and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service; high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Apps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver first-class service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live RH Vision and brand standards in customer interactions.
• Represent RH with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and connect them with the best associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and Leaders to exceed customer expectations.
• Build brand loyalty and revenue by knowing RH product offerings and processes.
• Educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services.
