Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a client experience specialist to deliver a luxury RH experience in the West Palm Beach Gallery. You will assess design needs, collaborate with RH Interior Design, and own the client journey from first contact through product delivery.

Represent the RH lifestyle brand with product expertise, elevated service, and professionalism, while growing and maintaining a strong client base and meeting fiscal goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; people and relationship driven.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented; proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and elevated service to walk-in and potential clients.
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
