Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Conference Services Manager to orchestrate memorable events and serve as the liaison between clients, planners, and our hotel team. You will manage detailed orders, group resumes, and diagrams, lead planning meetings, and ensure flawless on-site coordination to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills with precise attention to detail.
• At least 2 years experience in event coordination, corporate group or social event planning.
• Menu and Wine knowledge preferred.
• Delphi Experience Preferred.
• Strong time management skills and organization required.
• Proven demonstration of conflict resolution with grace under pressure.
• Experience in a luxury environment with priority on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods.
• Ability to work AM/PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
• Performs other duties and attends operational meetings to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Distribute detailed event orders, group resumes, and diagrams.
• Oversee event planning meetings with clients and vendors.
• Manage onsite event coordination and approve final group billing arrangements.
• Report to the Director of Conference Services.
