Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa seeks an Engineering Supervisor to assist the Director of Engineering in planning, organizing and directing the engineering team. The role requires supervising staff to meet quality standards, interviewing and training team members, and recommending merit increases and promotions in a luxury hotel setting.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering or facilities teams.
• 5+ years in hotel or building maintenance with 1 year in a lead role.
• Ability to mentor and train staff to achieve quality maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication with guests.
• Ability to work AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry knowledge.

Responsabilidades
