Job summary

Viceroy Washington DC is seeking an Area Conference Services Manager to lead planning and execution of groups and events while maximizing revenue.

This ACSM coordinates with sales and all hotel departments, ensuring top service standards and on-time delivery of BEOs, invoices, and client communications. Luxury hospitality experience and strong leadership are required. The position may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in luxury hotel or high-end event environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate groups/events from turnover to execution.
• Maximize revenue in all hotel areas and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and culinary teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and manage BEOs, resumes, and event diagrams.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely post-event follow-up.
