Job summary

Virgin Hotels Central Services Llc in Dallas seeks a Conference Services Manager to transform a client vision into immersive experiences. You will own the client journey from contract to final invoice, and design bespoke event plans with precise details for seamless operations.

You will collaborate across culinary, AV, housekeeping, and sales teams to deliver flawless execution, lead pre-event planning, and manage budgets while maintaining Virgin's service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of conference or event services experience in luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-day events with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, including room setups, AV requirements, and F&B service flow.
• Experience with event management software (Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond the standard event playbook.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with clients, guests, vendors, teammates/management.
• Proficient in Teams, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey – single point of contact from signed contract to final invoice.
• Design bespoke event plans – create detailed BEOs with lighting cues and menus.
• Collaborate across departments – partner with culinary, banquet, AV, housekeeping, front office.
• Lead pre-event planning – site inspections, tastings, pre-conference meetings.
• Manage the business side – oversee budgets, contracts, and billing.
• Ensure operational excellence – monitor execution in real time and uphold Virgin standards.
