Qualifications

• 3–5 years of conference or event services experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-day events.
• Knowledge of event logistics, including room setups, AV, and F&B flow.
• Experience with Delphi and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Clear English communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey from signed contract to final invoice for a seamless, high-touch experience.
• Design bespoke event plans and BEOs covering menus, lighting, and logistics.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, AV, housekeeping, and front office teams.
• Lead site inspections, tastings, and pre-conference meetings to align expectations.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and billing with transparency and profitability.
• Monitor event execution in real time and uphold Virgin Hotels standards.
