MGM Resorts International is seeking a Bell Person at Bellagio in Las Vegas to welcome guests and handle luggage with professionalism, enhancing the overall experience and ensuring seamless transportation and personalized assistance throughout their stay.

You will contribute to WOW moments by understanding guest stories and needs, delivering outstanding hospitality, and supporting guests from arrival to departure in a dynamic, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Six (6) months of guest services experience preferred.
Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times.
Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items.
Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features.
Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information.
