Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Executive Concierge in Seattle to lead resident services, create memorable first impressions and build lasting relationships with residents and prospects. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate events, and uphold Bozzuto’s standards of service.

The role emphasizes team leadership, problem solving and proactive engagement to foster community, with weekend or evening coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm and lead by example in Bozzuto culture.
• Coach, mentor and train resident services team.
• Resolve resident/prospect inquiries with care and timely assistance.
