Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a polished Concierge for our luxury multifamily community in downtown San Antonio. You will welcome residents, guests and vendors, manage building access, and provide discreet, high‑touch service in a fast‑paced environment.

This part‑time role features afternoons with Sundays and Mondays from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, a pay rate of $17 to $17.50 per hour. You will log activity in BuildingLink, respond to requests, and help maintain privacy and exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain privacy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
