Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a polished Concierge to be the welcoming presence at The Modern Residences in Downtown Austin. You will greet residents, guests and vendors, manage access, and serve as a trusted contact for daily needs with discretion and professionalism.

You will handle inquiries, assist with requests, log activities in BuildingLink, and contribute ideas to elevate the resident experience while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordinating authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating as needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Suggest ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
