Responsibilities

• Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion.
• Serve as central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain lobby visibility, balancing hospitality presence with building activity awareness.
• Create a consistent, polished resident experience by recognizing residents and anticipating needs.
• Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, resolving issues without escalation.
