Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest within moments of entering the showroom.
• Engage guests in genuine conversation to understand their visit and needs.
• Escort clients to the appropriate sales professional or seating area; offer beverages.
• Coordinate guest arrivals with the sales team and notify associates of waiting clients.
• Maintain a five-star hospitality experience; assist with VIP appointments and events.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and schedule appointments.
• Assist with store opening/closing and support marketing events and client appreciation functions.
