Related Management Company and its Paramount luxury building in San Francisco are seeking a Residential Concierge to join our team. You will greet residents and visitors, coordinate maintenance and deliveries, and help with reservations to ensure a seamless living experience.

With a focus on safety and community, you’ll monitor security, handle requests, and support residents’ needs. A 2-year hospitality/service background and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are desired.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in hospitality, property management or customer service.
• Passion for creating happiness and spreading joy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents.
• Resourceful with problem-solving abilities to handle requests.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with warmth to set a welcoming atmosphere.
• Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for requests, coordinating maintenance and reservations.
• Safety: Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies to protect residents.
• Relationship Building: Create opportunities for residents to connect and engage.
• Teamwork: Maintain shift notes and pass-on logs for clear communication.
