Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to deliver Five-Star service at a San Francisco property. You will be the hospitality interface, assisting residents and management while promoting a welcoming living environment.

Role includes answering calls, logging messages, package distribution, building access, and coordination with HOA staff. Flexibility for AM/PM, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Past resident services, customer service and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication, organization and team player attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn internal software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents' expressed and unexpressed needs with professional, helpful direction.
• Answers the phone promptly with proper salutations and etiquette.
• Takes, records and relays messages accurately and completely.
• Document all pertinent information in resident logbooks during shifts.
• Manage all package distribution and ensure logging in Buildinglink.
• Monitor property access points and report suspicious activity for safety.
• Follow service standards and HOA policies; complete requests within 24 hours.
