You will respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, promote hotel amenities, and maintain a professional, guest-focused demeanor in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance.
• Arrange dining, spa, transportation and local activity reservations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
