Job summary

Edgewood Properties seeks a personable Concierge for its multi-family community, The Lofts at South Toms River, NJ. You will greet residents and guests, manage front desk operations, coordinate tours, and assist with leasing support to ensure a seamless living experience.

Major responsibilities include event planning with the leasing team, package handling, social media updates, and daily office tasks. This role requires availability on weekends and evenings to support the community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to organize workstreams.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk and greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide information and assist with key/gate card requests and inquiries.
• Support leasing team with tours and materials; arrange small resident milestones.
• Manage packages and maintain office cleanliness and supplies.
• Coordinate resident events and social media updates for the community.
