Job summary

Edgewood Properties is seeking a part-time Concierge for its multi-family portfolio, with duties at The Edge at Main in Somerville, NJ. You will greet residents and visitors, provide information, coordinate tours and events, manage packages, and support the leasing team to deliver a seamless living experience.

This role requires weekend and evening availability, four 8-hour shifts per week, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, warmly greet residents, guests, vendors and contractors.
• Provide community and amenity information and assist with key requests.
• Coordinate events and resident celebrations with leasing team.
• Manage package room, notifications, and leasing materials preparation.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and provide admin support to the Property Manager.
• Regularly update social media with community lifestyle content.
