Job summary

Edgewood Properties is seeking a Concierge for its luxury multi-family portfolio at The Edge at Raritan Heights in New Brunswick, NJ. You will be the first contact for residents, prospects, and visitors, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless living experience.

Responsibilities include front-desk management, package coordination, tours, event support with the Leasing Team, and social media updates to showcase the community lifestyle. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide community information, assist with key/gate card requests, and inquiries.
• Assist with service requests and guide self-submission when needed.
• Develop knowledge of the community to recommend local dining and activities.
• Engage with residents to enhance experience and retention.
• Support event planning for resident activities and milestones.
• Manage package room and distribution, notify residents.
• Maintain office cleanliness and stock coffee bars.
• Prepare leasing materials and ensure model units are ready for tours.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and assist with inquiries; support Property Manager.
• Oversee Sunday breakfast, shopping, setup, and cleanup.
• Regularly post content on social media showcasing community lifestyle.
