Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning procedures.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, move-in ready.
• Include cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces, removing trash and debris.
• Clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and other administrative spaces.
• Ensure model units are clean, presentable, and tours-ready.
• Perform regular inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests promptly.
