MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appeal across our Texcoco community. You will clean common areas, amenities, offices, and vacant apartments to create a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable transportation is required to report to work on time.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, amenities, offices and vacant apartments.
• Sanitize leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily.
• Prepare vacant homes and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
