Responsibilities

• Maintain building cleanliness in common areas and residential units.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mops and vacuums to clean floors and spaces.
• Sanitize and stock bathrooms and perform laundry duties.
• Assist in unit turnover planning with the Director of Facilities.
• Ensure safety and report incidents promptly.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere with good service.
