King City Senior Village is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join a team-focused community. You will help maintain clean, comfortable spaces, manage vacant apartments, and support make-ready tasks to welcome new residents.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with staff to ensure safety and high standards. Training is available for the right candidate who can perform physical tasks daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean and ready for prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor for maintenance concerns or safety hazards and report promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
• Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
