King City Senior Village is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming common areas and ready apartments. You will work with a team to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Training is provided, and physical stamina is needed to perform cleaning duties and lift equipment, with opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members across the community.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and ready for prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Monitor the community for safety hazards or conditions impacting residents or staff and report them promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, welcoming environment for residents to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
• Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
