• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, and other spaces.
• Ensure model units are clean, presentable, and tour-ready.
• Perform inspections of common areas, grounds, and vacant units; report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly, professional manner.
