Kairoi is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of our multifamily community. You will handle cleaning of common areas, offices, model units, and vacant apartments to ensure move-in readiness and a positive first impression for residents and prospects.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable performance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are important.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, and admin spaces.
• Inspect model units for cleanliness and readiness for tours.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the team.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants professionally, and respond to inquiries promptly.
