The role requires 1+ year in property management or coordination, strong interpersonal skills, and weekend availability, with a competitive benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in property management or coordinating preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.

• Engages in community activities and represents BLT with residents.
• Answers calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Processes work orders and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepares incident reports per policies and standards.
• Develops resident communications including newsletters and notices.
• Ensures policies are followed and escalates issues as needed.
• Fosters a professional, friendly atmosphere exceeding resident expectations.
