BLT is seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator for The Beacon in Jersey City, NJ. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate move-in/out, manage work orders, and communicate with residents to enhance living experiences.

You will maintain policy compliance, prepare notices, and support management in resolving issues while fostering a welcoming, professional atmosphere for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or coordination.
• Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Engages in community activities and represents the community and BLT’s local interests.
• Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns with professional and timely responses.
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and follows up for satisfaction.
• Prepares incident reports in compliance with policies and standards.
• Develops resident communications including newsletters, surveys, and notices.
• Ensures community and company policies are followed.
• Reviews resident feedback with upper management and supports corrective actions.
