Job summary

Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska is seeking a friendly Black Diamond Club Host to warmly welcome guests, manage Club Floor experiences, and collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager. You will greet guests on arrival, tailor interactions, and coordinate with multiple departments to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Club Lounge ambiance, ensuring timely offerings, and assisting with bookings for local attractions and events.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication for guest interactions.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
• Build personal rapport and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain discretion with guest requests and confidentiality.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and events.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Keep Club Lounge and corridors immaculate and well-presented.
