Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Head of Operations and COO to set objectives and optimize performance, with emphasis on service, culture, and compliance.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and act as a brand ambassador delivering unforgettable moments for members and guests.

Competenze

• 10+ years managing luxury boutique hotel operations with an extensive Food & Beverage program.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and partner with executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and guest experience.
