Soho House Group seeks a General Manager in Los Angeles to lead day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability. You will partner with the Executive Chef, Head of Operations and COO to set strategic objectives and oversee staff, F&B operations, and program development.

Qualifications

• Over 10+ years managing luxury boutique hotel operations with an extensive F&B program.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead and retain staff while ensuring service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and strategy across departments to maximize guest experience and profitability.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on business performance and actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership (Chef, Head of Operations, COO) on strategic objectives.
• Drive staff development, HR, recruitment, and learning & development initiatives.
