Job summary

Soho House & Co. at Little Beach House Malibu is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service, quality control and the overall F&B experience under the direction of the General Manager.

You will drive daily/weekly/monthly projects, forecast, hire/train staff, manage inventory and vendor relationships while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented, process driven, able to solve problems in high-volume environments.
• Experience with hospitality tech like POS, OpenTable, Opera.
• Leads cross-functionally and communicates with staff and guests.
• Knowledge of food & beverage trends and health & safety compliance.
• Able to manage personnel and meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with the GM to ensure service quality and budget targets.
• Communicate with members, guests, and staff to maintain service levels.
• Design, train and implement menus, purchasing and vendor relations.
• Identify customer needs and develop action plans to improve experience.
• Support HR guidelines, recruit and train new hires.
• Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety and allergy procedures and a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide weekly/daily recaps on service, staffing, sales and risk mitigation.
